Great Service and Location! The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us with whatever we need. The location is perfect- close to all the main attractions in the city. , the hotel offers some useful amenities, like free Wi-Fi and a good breakfast buffet.
Not Clean at All! The hotel room was dirty, and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in days.

In love with devraj niwas. Club Trove, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.

The hotel manager was very helpful and the staff were all very friendly. The rooms were clean and the restaurant area was very good.
Jaipur is hard work for a family but gives a very good insight into Rajasthan and the real lives of Indian people on a day to day basis.

However, I must admit that the location of the hotel was excellent, with great connectivity to the city and nearby restaurants. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was a bonus. The room was adequately furnished and clean, with a comfortable bed and decent amenities. Despite the negatives, the hotel offered a reasonable price.
My recent business trip was a bit of a frustrating experience. The staff was extremely unfriendly, and the hotel seemed outdated and in dire need of some renovation.

Nice room, and nice garden bar, very good food in the restaurant but too expensive and very poor portion.
The atmosphere in this hotel was terrible, you have to pay in advance, very strange guy at reception, in the restaurant the waiters don´t give you a second of relax, not a good value for a money, for sure there is for the same price something better.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality of service and attention to detail. The location around a pleasant garden adds a serene touch to the stay. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and offer continuous hot water. The breakfast spread is delicious and satisfying.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Structure is good and well located. Staff need to be trained a lot. Most of them not speak enghish at all and they even dont know the most common hospitality manners. To request asimple taxi took almost 45mins....only to find the number to call. Outdoor breakfast in the garden is a nice location but...again stuff has to be trained. They dont keep food in a proper way...in cold or hot temperature and oftn they touch the bread...or cuttlery with dirty hands. Please take care about your stuff because is the only bad point of your hotel.
Nice rooms...clean and far from noise.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a lush garden, offering a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The property is scattered with single-storey buildings, giving it a cozy and intimate feel. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and come with basic amenities such as continuous hot water and wifi. The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast options are diverse, catering to both Indian and Western preferences. Additionally, the location around the pleasant garden creates a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.
All in all, everything was more than satisfactory.

Room was great. Good water pressure in the shower. Clean and modern.
Staff were surly and did not speak good English. We went for breakfast one morning but left without eating as the menus were filthy and worse, so were the hands of the waiter!

We got amazing deal through Booked.net and were absolutely satisfied with the stay. Room was spacious and clean in really nice design. Trees around the hotel makes it so private and romantic, even if it lies just few steps from a busy street. I would definitely stay there again.
